I’m Kisha —a leadership and career coach, Hogan-certified practitioner, and former Fortune 500 HR leader with over 20 years of experience walking alongside leaders at every stage of growth. My work is grounded in a deep respect for people and a belief that leadership is most impactful when it is rooted in self-awareness, integrity, and care for others. Through coaching, assessment, and thoughtful partnership, I help leaders and professionals grow in self-awareness, confidence, and capability—so they can lead and work from a place of purpose, integrity, and peace.
